Painting Contractors of Maryland had the privilege of giving some of the finishing touches to this beautiful modern farmhouse custom built by Mulloy Builders. We love how the rooms all flow so nicely with the neutral tones taking you from room to room.

For this home we used Sherwin Williams Duration Flat on all walls and Cashmere Medium Lustre on all trim and doors. No attention to detail was spared in this gorgeous home. The kitchen hood vent was custom color-matched to the cabinets and to really make the rustic wood floating shelves pop, we used a popular color choice, Hale Navy by Sherwin Williams. The drama of the dark blue looks great with the medium-dark toned woods and the white built-ins!
