Our Exterior Process:

Most full exterior repaints will require a complete wash to ensure a clean surface for painting. Painting Contractors of MD uses a low pressure pressure-washing system and the correct chemical applications to properly clean while protecting wood and other paintable surfaces. High pressure should never be used on wood and other delicate surfaces.
Complete masking and covering of areas not to be painted (windows, roofs, concrete, landscaping, furniture, decks, patios, etc).
Scraping to remove all loose and failing paint.

Cutting out and removing all failing caulk. Re-caulking as needed with the highest quality caulk.
Sanding all surfaces to be painted.
Spot priming all bare wood areas left from scraping and sanding.
Application of high quality paint with excellent coverage and durability.
Daily job site cleanup and organization of all tools and equipment.
