At Painting Contractors of MD, no painting experience is necessary. What’s required is a good attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic. We want to hire friendly people, who know part of the job is interacting with our valued, high-end customers and making them feel comfortable in their homes. At Painting Contractors of MD, we have a commitment to quality work and a commitment to our quality employees.
A Typical Day.
Our painters arrive at a customer’s home at 7:00am each day. Team members travel directly from their home to the job site, and we do our best to place employees with the team closest to their residence to minimize travel. Each team has typically has 2-5 painters and apprentices, although larger jobs may require more.
To provide the high-end Painting Contractors of MD experience every time, every team member is trained on the entire painting process using a combination of training presentations, videos, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training.
