Surface prep prior to paint (including drywall repairs, spot priming, sanding and cleaning of all surfaces).
Caulking all joints on baseboards, door jambs, window frames and trim with the highest quality caulk.

Filling all nail holes in trim and woodwork.
High quality paint applied correctly with straight lines and excellent coverage.
Thorough clean up and removal of all trash and debris.
