Carroll Community College New Trades/ Learning Center

Carroll Community College is opening its new Ratcliffe Applied Technology and Trades Center. This is a 10,00 square foot off campus facility located in Westminster MD.  Through the Ratcliffe Works at Carroll program, students can train in high-demand, funded skilled trades including Auto Tech, Welding, Plumbing, and Electrical.

With proper planning and a well trained team we are able to apply large amounts of paint in a productive manner, keeping the project on schedule and moving forward.
