One of our recent projects is this new garage build on a stunning estate located Ellicott City, MD. The garage has a combination of Azek Trim new unfinished Composite Siding. We started with caulking all the necessary joints and filling nail holes as needed. Then applied a liberal coat of professional grade primer to the siding and two top coats of  premium Sherwin Williams Exterior Paint. Last we painted all the new Azek trim to give it the most aesthetically pleasing look possible.

Pool House Maintenance is no different then Home Maintenance. Tucked in the quiet neighborhood of Paternal Gift Farm, Clarkesville MD lies a stunning Pool House in need of some TLC. This pool house and pergola was actually stained by a different company less then a year ago. However, the application was not done properly and the stain has already started to fail.

The first step was to remove all of the existing coating manually with scrapers and electric sanders.

 

Next step was applying Sherwin Williams Super Deck Semi- Solid Stain!

In the small town of New Windsor MD stands a small pavilion located right on the main street. After many years of neglect, the time has come for a well deserved face lift. The paint is flaking off in chunks and the rust is coming through. Not a very inviting place to relax and read a book.

 

First we started by sand blasting all the structural steel to remove all the paint.

Next we primed all the steal with a commercial grade industrial metal primer.

Then the first coat of color.

After the first coat of paint was finished. The metal roof was removed. The we stained all the new pine ceiling boards and painted the final coat. Finally everything was assembled and a new roof was installed!
