Our Process:
- Proper protection of all furniture/ valuables and floors by masking and covering with lightweight plastic and clean drop cloths.
- Removal and re-installation of all hardware, fixtures, and switch plates to keep everything but the walls paint-free.
- Surface prep prior to paint (including drywall repairs, spot priming, sanding and cleaning of all surfaces).
- Caulking all joints on baseboards, door jambs, window frames and trim with the highest quality caulk.
- Filling all nail holes in trim and woodwork.
- High quality paint applied correctly with straight lines and excellent coverage.
- Thorough clean up and removal of all trash and debris.
