With approximately 85 Rooms this commercial facility was a great start to the new year!
This project had two very important factors. The first one was to have a strategic schedule in order to meet timeframe deadlines as well as eliminate disruption. The project was broken up into different phases. With multiple crews working we were able to make quick work of each phase. Materials and the capability of the materials was the second most important factor. This project required an extremely durable product, that was not only durable but user friendly. For this we went with a Commercial Grade Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy (semi gloss). This product gave us a very hard durable surface that is also lower in VOC’s.
