Interior Painters in Glenwood, MD
When working on a big home renovation, some General Contractors insist on using “their” painter— usually this is to make sure they make a profit on the painting phase— for example, this interior paint job of the kitchen, dining area and living room area. Unfortunately, the painters General Contractors use are not always the best painters, and this beautiful kitchen ended up with an unprofessional paint job that was sloppy and used inferior products for the paint.
Painting Contractors of MD was hired to come to this house in Howard County, MD, and repaint the rooms, using our signature Sherwin Williams paint. In the photos below, you can see our process, and one of our workers carefully and neatly putting the finishing touches on this coffered ceiling in the kitchen area. As you can see from the photo, Painting Contractors of MD is carefully to drape plastic over areas to keep them free of paint, as well as carefully taping areas for straight, perfect lines. All our equipment and tools— including ladders, buckets, and brushes— are impeccably neat. We strive for professionalism in everything that we do, not just the beautiful finished product, but the entire process. We always make sure to use proper protection of all furniture/ valuables and floors by masking and covering with lightweight plastic and clean drop cloths. Prior to painting, we remove (then reinstall after the painting is finished) all hardware, fixtures, and switch plates to keep everything but the walls paint-free. We also make sure to surface prep prior to paint (including drywall repairs, spot priming, sanding and cleaning of all surfaces). Read more about the Painting Contractors on MD process here.
