We finished up painting a new kitchen this week, just in time for a Easter dinner. This job included a kitchen, family room, dinning room, foyer, entrance hallway, and powder room. Using Sherwin Williams highest grade paint (Emerald), We painted the majority of the project with a color called “Accessible beige”, with a slightly darker color under the chair railing and a green color call “Bamboo Shoot” to set apart the powder room.

One house is getting the standard Shell White, while the other is getting a popular tan color from Sherwin Williams called Nomadic Desert. One has just begun the priming phase while the other is almost finished. Both houses will get a final walkthrough and touch up a couple days before settlement to ensure everything is looking good for the new owner.
